We will be raffling off 2 Guiness Harps on Saturday and Sunday of the festival. You can buy tickets for $1 OR buy a souvenir cup for $2 and get 2 extra raffle tickets.
NOTE: New St. Charles Ordinance - NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK during the Festival and you will be asked to leave the park.
